Helen Fay

Who is Helen Fay?

After starting out with no training in 2009 doing amateur dramatics, open mics and community shows and receiving great feedback from the musical directors, Helen decided to brave it and audition for a band for the first time!

St Albans based covers band Co-Jones snapped her up straight away as a dep for when their main singer couldn’t do gigs, Helen had a great time, including performing in front of a strong crowd of 40,000!!

Helen continued to receive great feedback and after moving to Northamptonshire she was in a couple of bands but couldn’t settle, this was when Rhythm Street was born, in the last 10 years she has worked very hard managing the band, getting gigs and performing most weekends, they now have a great reputation and continue to be very busy.

But Helen still wanted to do more and something different, so she decided to share her musical influences with you on her own.

Adele, Paloma Faith & Amy Winehouse resonate highly with Helen, she finds them all very powerful women with their own style that isn’t pigeon-holed into “the norm”, therefore those are the artists that Helen has decided to bring to you, along with other great artists, with the help of Ryan on keys.

In 2021 Helen got back to songwriting and released original music!!

Head over to Spotify, iTunes, Soundcloud & YouTube to hear more.

Her vocals are outstanding and she will not leave you disappointed.
